Milt Newton's Emerald Gems Foundation hosts the second annual Basketball Coaching Clinic with former collegiate and NBA head coach Ed Tapscott. Tapscott shared experiences from several years of both coaching and working in executive positions in the NBA and says "Creativity is now the hallmark of coaching...there has never been another sport where your creativity and commitment determines your success."
