The low-cost event welcomes cats and dogs feral or domestic for three days. Dr. Lilan Hauser and her team of veterinarians and veterinarry techs from Cape Cod, Massachusets are in St. Thomas specifically for this event and will most likely be reutrning with a few dogs in need of a home.
