Volunteer Niki Richards and her adopted kitten "Jones". The Humane Society of St. Thomas and Lucky Paws Foundation conduct a spay and neuter clinic through Monday. The low-cost event welcomes cats and dogs feral or domestic for three days. Dr. Lilan Hauser and her team of veterinarians and veterinarry techs from Cape Cod, Massachusets are in St. Thomas specifically for this event and will most likely be reutrning with a few dogs in need of a home.
